Award Winning Burgers and Sausages

We have won awards for our burgers, traditional pork sausages and flavoured sausages. We manufacture all these from local pork, on the premises, according to our traditional family recipe.

Kebabs for the BBQ

We pride ourselves in having a huge range of barbeque kebabs made in house by our trained staff. We select the best cuts of chicken, pork, beef and lamb which are the most tender for BBQ cooking. We have over 30 different varieties of chicken kebabs to choose from, theres always something to suit your taste from hot or spicy to sweet. We can also prepare vegetarian kebabs if pre-ordered.

Hand Made in-house

Unlike most other butchers, all our kebabs, sausages and salads are are hand made in house. We have over 50 different varieties of salads freshly prepared daily, come early to avoid dissapointment.

Beef for the BBQ

All our beef is matured for extra flavour. Often called hanging or aging, this allows the meat to become more tender and better flavour. We recomend our Sirloin, Rib Eye or Grilling Steak for the BBQ.

Don't Dissappoint

The last thing you want is to disappoint your guests with the main attraction of your party - BBQ food!

Our delicatessen can prepare a selection of cooked meats in a platter. These include sliced turkey, chicken breast, jellied veal, ox tongue, cooked local ham. If you wish these plattered or garnished please order well in advance as it takes time for our staff to prepare this for you. We prepare nearly 40 different varieties of salads daily ourselves which are all made in advance and unique to our shop (we make only for ourselves and don't buy any in), but buy in advance to avoid disappointment.
