Our emphasis remains on our roots as Butchers. We believe in good animal husbandry relating to a great product.
We specifically use our own approved suppliers for our meat, visited personally by us for assurance.
As local people we have chosen to support our local farmers not only due to their close proximity but we believe Northern Ireland
farmers produce amongst the best produce available in the world. The support generated financially encourages the growth of our economy.
Beef
We buy our beef from local farmers in the green and rolling pastures of Dungannon, proof of this is available on the counter
inside our shop. We mature all our own beef for at least 3 weeks to gurantee the optimum eating quality. It is professionally
trimmed by our own butchers to our high standards ensuring the maximum tenderness and flavour. All our Beef is reared on
Northern Ireland Farms and they belong to the Northern Ireland Retail Quality Assured Scheme.

We can provide "pop up timers" which give a estimation of cooking times for your roast. This may also be used in Lamb, Pork, Chicken and Beef.
We buy our pork from a local supplier in Portadown who gurantees all our Gammons to be produced in Northern Ireland.
We enter the Ulster Pork and Bacon Forum Competitions and support our local pig industry.
Chicken
We buy chicken from Cullybackey and Richhill and our skilled butchers bone out in our purpose designed boning hall.
We source our free range chicken from the edges of the Fermanagh Lakelands at Lough Erne.
Turkey
We buy all our turkey from County Antrim and source free range turkeys from Downpatrick.
Sausages
We manufacture all our sausages on the premises according to our traditional family recipes. We always have our Traditional Pork Sausage,
Beef and Steak Sausages. We regularly change our flavoured sausage varieties. We have won many competitions for our sausages including
our Pork Honey Bee and Mustard, Pork and Leek and Plain Beef Sausages. We have a selection of gourmet or interesting. Such as Pork and Banana
